Hi parents,
We hope you have all had a lovely and safe break! From Monday we will be asking you to drop your child/ren off at the school gates from 8.30am in the morning so that they can walk into class by themselves, just like the rest of the school.
We appreciate that this may be a daunting thought, but thank you for your support with this. Many of you have been already teaching your children how to do this and they really are becoming very independent!
Please be rest assured as there will be plenty of staff outside daily, including the lovely familiar faces of the Reception team.
If you do have any questions, please feel free to pop and see me or speak to a member of staff at the school gate.
I am looking forward to seeing all the smiling faces in Reception!
