Spanish in Year 5 – Sports – likes and dislikes

Year 5 have been learning about likes and dislikes in sports for the past few weeks. They started off the term by familiarising themselves with key vocabulary, creating word mats, using Spanish dictionaries and watching Spanish videos. They worked in pairs to practice speaking in Spanish and asking each other which sports they liked or disliked.

They have recently started to create videos to support others to learn the key vocabulary linked to this topic.

After watching these videos which vocabulary have you learnt?  List it below…

Year 5 you are ALL SUPERSTARS! Keep up the good work! Special mention to Julia who tried to incorporate a variety of Spanish sentences other than just the basic ones which would be suitable in conversations. Maybe you could practice these in pairs?
