1W G7 Week Part 2

On Thursday, we were very lucky to take part in a Hansel and Gretel drama workshop. Hansel and Gretel is a traditional tale written by the Brothers Grimm from Germany.

CHALLENGE: What happens in the story of Hansel and Gretel?

We used origami (paper folding) to create Bavarian hats.

We then had a go at the Schuplattlers dance. It certainly wasn’t easy!

Today we looked at German Christmas markets and the origin of the Christmas tree! A big thank you to Terryn for decorating gingerbread men with us. We had sooo much fun!

What have you enjoyed most this week? What have you learnt?
