2 White Health Week – The Heart

This week we have been learning about the heart. Firstly we learnt about the organs in our body. Next we focused on the heart. After that we learnt about the blood and what it is made up of and finally we learnt about the importance of exercise.

  1. Organs – brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver.

    The heart needs to pump blood around our body.

    Blood is made up of white blood cells and red blood cells.

    If you get a cut you should squeeze it, hold it up, then lie down and then you ask somebody to get a chair and put your legs on it. And then put a bandage on your cut so no germs get on it.

    Heart
    Kidney
    Brain
    Lungs
    Liver

    The hearts job is to pump blood around the body. Blood is made of red and white cells and plasma and proteins. If someone is bleeding lift up that area up and put a bandage on.

  3. 1 kidneys,stomach,intestine,brain,heart,liver and the lungs
    2 the heart pumps the blood around and the heart picks the oxygen and brings
    it to the right ventricle and the left ventricle then the heart puts it in your lungs
    3 our blood is made up of four different parts:White blood cells

    3.bload is made up of plasma,red bload cells and White bload cells.
    4.you can help someone if they are hurt by telling them to squeeze their cut and
    life it up and lay them down.

    2.The heart’s job is to pump blood around our organs or body parts so that they can get oxygen and the blood also the blood and oxygen will make energy for the body parts or organs.

    4.To help somebody that is bleeding you need to tell them to squeeze the bleeding wound next tell them to carefully ly down on the floor so they can’t fall of when the get dizzy then put a bandage around there arm after that you need to pick up there legs because the extra blood in the legs needs to go to the brain and heart so that person can stay alive and not die and finally dial 999.

    ,Put there hands up, lie down. Finally put there legs up and put a bandage on them.
