This week in maths we have been comparing numbers up to 1000 and ordering numbers in ascending and descending order. Today we used our reasoning skills to solve maths problems, applying what we have learnt during the week.

    Ascending means number from smallest to largest.
    Descending means numbers from largest to smallest.
    142 270

    Ascending means the number gets smallest to biggest. Descending means the number is big then it gets small.142 is smaller than 270.342 is equal to 342.
