This week has been a fantastic opportunity to 3 Red to learn more about how to look about their physical and mental health. We have been very active this week playing cricket and taking part in a relaxing yoga session. We have put our science skills to the test, investigating how fast we can jump a mile and or exercise influences our heart beat. Later in the week we focused on our mental well-being, we discussed how we can spread kindness and how to deal with different types of bullying. The children have used their teamwork skills, kindness and resilience this week. I am proud of all they have learnt and the beautiful work they have produced. I hope you have a lovely half term break everyone, keep safe! I will see you all back in school on Wednesday 8th May!
