3 White SOLE U.K Project

Today the SOLE children in 3White were answering the Big Question: Which monarch was the most popular? The suggestions were Queen Victoria, Elizabeth II, Henry VIII and Charles I.

The children went around and asked members of staff and other classes who they believed was the best first as part of their initial research. After that, they did further research into each of the monarchs lives before coming to their own conclusion.

They also created a video of their findings.

They came to the conclusion that Queen Elizabeth II is the most popular monarch. Why do you think they reached this conclusion?

SOLE children, what methods of research did you use to find out information? How was your primary research of surveys effective? What would you do differently next time? Who was the least popular monarch and why?

  2. We use our knowledge to research all the fights we found our a primary research effective because we have to find lots of facts to put on a poster we Greenwood would add more information and speak up loudly on a video and write more facts on our poster Charles the first was unpopular because he started a war in 1642
