In our Entrepreneur week we, year 3 are going to be looking at creating a sandwich shop.

To kick start our week we want you to research the British business Greggs.

I think we have all walked down the street and smelt the drifting waft of freshly baked bread, sausage rolls or a steak bake. As you’ve turned, there standing is Greggs. You notice the people inside, the people working inside.

And wonder … how did it all start?

So how did it start? Today i want you to research all about Greggs.

Here are just some ideas to research but we want as much information as possible so we can create the best sandwich shop.
