Today we looked at hydration. we have learnt how we can stay hydrated and why it is important. We discussed signs that might indicator we are dehydrated.
What is hydration? How can you ensure you are hydrated?
Which liquids should we be drinking as children? What should we avoid and why?
How do we lose the liquid levels in our body?
You should have 6 glasses if water and one of 1 milk each day. More water than any other drink is best.
We enjoyed exercising with Denis this week too.

Create a healthy drinks poster. What should we drink? What shouldn’t we drink. Explain why.
