Today we introduced our new topic of writing in English. Adventure stories!
We went on our own adventure trying to find the Broad Heath City of Gold.
Our first clue was …
We got very excited and started our adventure.
This first clue led us the the science pod, where we found the second clue.
This clue gave us all the some idea and we rushed to the all weather pitch, where we thought the next clue would be. We were all very excited about our adventure.
We had to read this clue twice and we discussed where it might be. Then we decided … on the the adventure playground!
We found the clue on the roundabout.
So we went to the lift, (after a discussion about American English). What will the next clue say?
We then figured out that the only non-rectangular room in the school with spray paints must be the studio. Off we went!
WE FOUND THE CITY OF GOLD!
