# 6B-4/5/20 Maths (Introducing Angles)

The next few weeks of maths are to prepare you for secondary school Geometry (Shape & Measure).
Today we will begin with recapping your prior knowledge of angels and linking it with real life examples from Geography and Time knowledge.

Miss Ahmed’s maths group: Bronze
Everybody else Silver and Gold please.

BRONZE (Q1-3)
Your first task is to match the first four angles to the diagrams and the amount of right angles. Obviously, we can’t draw on this blog so please share you answer as the letter, number and symbol you think match
E.G. A=4=3 (Incorrect answer, correct presentation)

SILVER (Q4-6)
Here you need to apply your knowledge of angles to redraw and complete the sentences. Please send a photo of your completed work (COMPULSORY)

GOLD (Q7-8)

There are far too many children saying ‘I done it’ – this comment means nothing unless a photo of your work has been sent to the year 6 email. (Thank you to the few who are currently doing this)
Every child in Year Six has access to a phone or tablets and every parent has an email address. Therefore we will only accept your work via email
or in full sentences in the comment boxes below.
Remember we’re aiming to prepare you for Secondary School!
