What a wonderful week in 6B! I definitely feel like we are beginning to see personalities evolve in the class and it has been brilliant getting to know the children through their Art master pieces!
The children have looked at their citizenship skills, different parts of their identity, emotions and compared their lifestyle to the war time novel, ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’ by John Boyne. This story really highlights how identity was stripped away from the Jewish people in WW2 and they were not able to express themselves, with freedom!
