Today we’ve had a brilliant opportunity to take a break from maths and literacy, and focus on our health and wellbeing!

Mrs Jones and I have been watching closely to identify children who have gone above and beyond today to showcase our BH values.

    i really liked doing swimming and dancing.

    I enjoyed doing swimming and I learn new skills of how to swim and I enjoyed doing dancing and we did orienteering and I was a fun day

      Why is it beneficial to do a range of exercises?

    I enjoyed health and well being day because we did a variety of exercises and experiences. My favourite part was swimming 🏊‍♀️ because it made us learn new skills and work as a team also the Zumba because at first I did not enjoy it then I gradually enjoyed it more and more.
