This week in Year 6 we have been learning all about Nigeria. What fun we have had!! The children have designed their own kimono’s, had a go at using Batik to create their own patterns, stitched materials with the help of some of our wonderful parents, they have studied the Geography of the country, looked at how Nigeria fits into the Commonwealth and composed Nigerian music. It has been a lot of fun and we have all gained in our knowledge – staff included! Have a look at our photos and videos below which showcases our learning!
