We have an exciting competition within our school to design the school sport mascot. As the school start to enter more sports competitions against other local schools, we want to create our own identity with a cool new mascot. Here are a few examples of mascots you may have seen…

Mrs Frankish has decided that our sports mascot will be known as the Broad Heath Hero. We want you to design your own sports hero with plenty of colour. Remember he/she may be a hero, but what sports will he/she play, will it be human or an animal?
The pupil who designs the best Sports hero will win some very exciting prizes.
Prize 1: £20 Gift Voucher to decathlon sports shop.
Prize 2: The first ever Broad Heath Hero silicone wristband
Prize 3: Your design will be used on the school wristbands, PE letters and school banner which will be hung in the hall!
The winner will show a clear mixture of sports and heroes in their design. The deadline for this competition will be Friday 20th October and you can submit as many entries as you like. Simply hand your design to your class teacher and they will collect all entries in a plastic wallet. The winner will be announced in a xmas assembly.
