Ash End Farm Trip Notice

Reception will be going to Ash End Farm on Tuesday 20th June and the children are all very excited as this has come around very fast.

Please make sure that your child is in school for 8.30am on Thursday to ensure that we are all registered and ready to leave on time. The coach will leave at 9am and will not wait for anyone who is late.

As the weather maybe hot please can you ensure that your child has applied sun cream to protect themselves, appropriate footwear and clothing and sun hat if possible.

Children will be required to wear their school uniform, as the weather is hot they can wear their P.E T-shirts and the girls can wear their summer dresses.

Lunch will be provided for all children, should you wish to bring your own packed lunch please make sure it is in disposable bag which is clearly labelled with their class and name. No glass bottles or lunch boxes please.

We will be back in school for the children to be collected at the usual time of 3.15pm, dependent on traffic. In the event that we are going to be late back, there will be a message sent through to the office and parents will be informed. Children will be released from their classrooms and therefore please do not wait at the school gate.
