It’s Mental Health Awareness Week so I thought I’d take the opportunity to share a list of children’s books which help children understand their emotions.
There are 20 picture books on the list and they’re mostly aimed at children aged 3-7.
The list is updated every few months so if you enjoy the books and find them valuable, check the website every now and again for more ideas. I am going to have a look at some of these books with my children this week.
