These need to be filled in and returned by Friday 29/09/17 at the latest.

This will also mean that as we have a match next Tuesday there will be NO TRAINING, training will re commence the following Tuesday 10/10/17.

Please Note: In order to play the fixture you will need to be wearing shin pads and football boots, if you dont have these items please come and see Mr Burgess for help.
