Year three are learning all about Julius Caesar during their project week. They have been challenged to research, investigate, and present whether they think he was indeed a successful Roman leader giving reasons for their answers.
LO: To research Caesar and conclude whether he was a successful Roman leader giving reasons.
How can we find out more about Caesar and his leadership? Where can we use in school to help us find out more information? Perhaps you could use the iPads or the library to help you! Like all good Historians, you need to be able to find sources to give you as much information as possible before forming an opinion! We would like to see reasons for your answers, using your own opinion and also naming the sources you have found. Remember – primary sources are gathered from the period in time, secondary sources are produced afterwards. Which do you think will be easiest to find when studying the Romans . . . ?
