Coventry day 1: 10.06.21

One blue have learnt all about our wonderful city of Coventry today! We looked at features of Coventry and all about George Singer! George Singer is very important in Coventrys history and culture! He created his own bike making business in the 1800’s and his factory worker football team also became Coventry city football club! He was mayor twice and lived in the wonderful Couton court!

Let’s look at all the fun activities we did today around Coventry:

We research and looked at how bicycles have changed over the years, we went to Stoney Stanton road to complete a tally chart of how many bikes we saw, we became salesperson and sold the modern bike to the class and we draw George Singers House and used Google maps to explore Coventry!
