Doughnuts For A Dragon

This has been fabulous week where children in Reception Red have been learning all about the book ‘Doughnuts for a Dragon’. The children learnt about and described their favourite characters, actioned key words, used the green room to role play the story and painted their favourite characters.

    I enjoyed our trip to the Library – I hope you will all continue to borrow books and practise your super reading at home.📚
    The ‘green room’ looked such fun – you all did a great job at acting out the story 😀

  2. My favourite part of the week was getting books from the library.
    There was 6 characters a witch, ork, princess, knight, dragon and a ogre.

  3. My favourite part of week was practising our roles in the doughnuts for the dragon. We had the practice very hard and it was real fun.

    There was a witch, dragon, princess, orge, knight. These are some of the characters in the story.
