Family & Young People’s Health & Well Being Survey
Over the past few months we have been working with Go Foleshill and the positive youth foundation to increase physical activity and make our school community aware of local activities such as the Film In The Park and the Edgewick Mile. They have made a survey to help get a picture of what is currently used and what is needed in the local area. If you could spare 5 minutes of your time to fill in the survey it would be appreciated.
