Friday 17th July- Year 3 Moving on.
Hi Year 3,
Today is your last official day as a year 3 child in Broad Heath school. Hasn’t the year flown by? We have had so much fun! Here is a video to remind us of some of the fun we have had!
You are moving on to new and exciting times in year 4. You may have a mixture of emotions, you may be feeling excited but nervous! This is normal.
Today, we would like you to write a letter or postcard to the adults you worked with in year 3. You could tell them how you are feeling about moving to year 4, what you have enjoyed this year, any moments that you will never forget or what skills you have learnt this year that you will continue to use in year 4.
You can choose which adult/adults you want to leave a message for. We have written a postcard for the whole of year 3.

I spend a really good time in year 3. both of my teachers were amazing I really enjoyed their company and learnt a lot of new things. They supported and helped me in every matter. I am a little bit nervous moving to year 4. Thanks for being my teachers. I will miss you.

You have been the awesome teachers. I am sooooo sad that I am leaving year 3.
I will come and visit you when I am in year 4. I know the work is going to be more challenging and exciting, but I will try my hardest. When the work was hard in Year 3, you helped me through it, and I understood it better. I am so grateful to you for this. The time has flown by in year 3 and home learning has been a new experience. I’m nervous about going to year 4, as I will have different teachers. I hope I can continue to help and assist my classmates in year 4.

I am so excited because it is amazing. You always made me happy . I am worried but not any more because you were there .
Year 4 will be amazing like year 3 .
I am going to be a little sad because I’m going to miss my teachers I’m also a bit nervous and happy going to year 4. I will miss my teachers. And in year 4 it will be very good and having nice teachers. I’m going to be in year 4…… it will be AMAZING. :)

I’m sad that you are moving to new teachers too Safa. It’s a shame we didn’t spend the whole year together. However I know you are going to be amazing and love Year 4!
