Health Week Day 2 πŸπŸ‡

2 Red have had another great day of health week. Today we learnt about the different food groups and sorted foods into them, we also discussed healthy and unhealthy foods and what it means to have a balanced diet. We then walked to the shops to buy some healthy food for a special treat. Please watch our video below to see what we got up to!

    Banana , strawberry, grapes are fruits.
    yogurt, cheese , milk are dairy.
    chocolate, cupcakes and marshmallows are sugar.

    A balanced diet is when you have healthy food which means it gives you healthy sugars so that you are strong and have energy.
    My favourite food is eggs which is protein. Cheese which is dairy,apples which are fruits and brocolli which is a vegetable .
