2 Red have had another great day of health week. Today we learnt about the different food groups and sorted foods into them, we also discussed healthy and unhealthy foods and what it means to have a balanced diet. We then walked to the shops to buy some healthy food for a special treat. Please watch our video below to see what we got up to!
