Holiday Rowing Workout

The school rowing team have been working hard all half term on their fitness, and to keep it up they have helped make a workout video for everyone to join in with. See if you can do each activity for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between. Let me know how you get on!

  1. For the squat pushes in 30 seconds I did 24.
    In 30 seconds I did 17 lawn mower pulls.
    In 30 seconds I did 76 arm windmills.
    In 30 seconds I did 29 squats to the ground.
    In 30 seconds I did 21 split squats.
    In 30 seconds I did 16 burpies.
    I managed to do the plank for 30 seconds but after I did it for 3 and a half minutes.
    In 30 seconds I did 20 press ups.
    In 30 seconds I did 12 kneeling to standing.
