    • The black death occurred in 1348. It started with a sailor who had come to Britain for business but he came with the bubonic plague. people thought that it was the cats and dogs fault, but actually it was the rats they caught the fleas from the sailor then the mayor (I think it was) ordered for all the cats and dogs to be killed but actually that made it worse because now the rats don’t have anyone to kill them which means the rats can spread all the fleas. The black death is contagious which means that if you even cough or sneeze the other person can catch this deadly disease. It is estimated that over 250 million people suffered and died due to this disease. One way to beat the bubonic plague was ,for your body to be strong enough to fight it off ,if you body was strong enough, your buboes would naturally burst out with the fluid
