If you want to improve in all sports, working on your ABC’s (Agility Balance & Co-Ordination) can help you. Try completing a series of activities called “The Magnificent 7.”
Agility: ” The ability to change direction quickly” – (Sports using Agility include Football, Tennis, Rugby, Basketball etc)
Balance: “Even distribution of weight allowing someone to remain upright and steady” – (Sports include Gymnastics, Dance, Surfing, Squash, Ice Skating)
Co-ordination: “Complex body movements which work together to provide efficient skill levels and timing” (Sports include Golf, Table Tennis, Cricket, BMX)
