This term, Key Stage 2 have been working on their ABC (Agility Balance & Co-Ordination), by completing a series of activities called “The Magnificent 7″…
All pupils now have a PB (Personal Best), and will need to practice on these simple activities at home in order to push their scores onwards and upwards. Once their scores improve, so will their performances in a variety of sports….
Agility: ” The ability to change direction quickly” – (Sports using Agility include Football, Tennis, Rugby, Basketball etc)
Balance: “Even distribution of weight allowing someone to remain upright and steady” – (Sports include Gymnastics, Dance, Surfing, Squash, Ice Skating)
Co-ordination: “Complex body movements which work together to provide efficient skill levels and timing” (Sports include Golf, Table Tennis, Cricket, BMX)

I think i am really good at balance.
I AM VERY AMAZING ON MY BALANCE FAIRLY GOOD ON AGILITY AND OK ON COORDINATION.BUT EVEN THOUGH I AM EXTREMELY GOOD ON BALANCE AND AGILITY THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.
I DO SKIPPING AT HOME BECAUSE MY ONE LEG SKIPPING ARE REALLY BAD .I GUESS SKIPPING ON ONE OF MY LEG IS MY WEAKEST PART FOR I GUESS BALANCE ,CAUSE I OFTEN LOOSE BALANCE WHILE SKIPPING.IM OFTEN GOOD AT NORMAL SKIPPING.I HAVE A SKIPPING ROPE AT HOME TO PRACTICE IT .
I NORMALLY CAN LIKE TYPE OF USE ANY OF MY HANDS TO BOUNCE ANY TYPE OF BALL .WERTHER BIG, OR SMALL?IM REALLY GOOD AT IT EVEN IF IM JUMPING I CAN DO IT .I THINK IT MOSTLY HAS CO-ORDINATION , CAUSE YOU MOVE YOUR HAND ( WHIVCH IS PART OF YOUR BODY MOVEMENT) BECAUSE YOU MOVE PLACES TO DIFFERENT PLACES IF YOUR BALL GETS OUT OF HAND

IM GONNA TRY TO BEAT MY PERSONAL BEST INSTEAD OF CHEATING AND ADDING MORE SCORES(WHICH I NEVER DID AND ILL NEVER DO)

A= Agility:
Being able to change direction quickly.
B= Balance:
Being able to balance *stand on one leg*
C= Coordination:
Being able to do two thiings at once *bouncing to balls at the same time*

In summarise
A: is agility and agility is movement (so how you move)
B: is balance and it is how you can stay on one leg so two (the girl had balanced on a leg ) balance is on a : chair,bed,table,bench,tree, eta
C: is coordination and that is the movement of the body (I think)
Try to beat your PB (personal best) and try hard
