*This week in year 3 our maths homework is equivalent fractions.*

What is a equivalent fraction?

Equivalent fractions represent the same part of the whole. They are fractions that are the same value represented by different numbers (numerators and denominators). For example, 2/4 and 3/6 can both be simplified to 1/2 so 1/2, 2/4 and 3/6 are equivalent fractions; they are all the same value.

Here is a fraction wall!
