Monday Workout

There has been lots of different activities posted on the blog recently that require minimal or no equipment. Can you create your own workout circuit using what you already know or have seen on the blog? Remember you want to have a whole body workout.

My workout is as follows:

  1. 15 burpees
  2. 15 squats
  3. 15 push ups
  4. 15 star jumps

I repeated my workout 3 times with a 1 minuet break in between each circuit.

    Kneel stands =12
    Star jump = 20
    Burpees =10
    Squats =15
    I will try and do this sometimes
