36 people go to Peter’s birthday party. Half walk and a quarter travel by car.  The rest go by bike.

Peter has 6 birthday cakes to share between his 36 guests.  He wants to share the cakes equally.  

a. How should he cut them up?

b. What fraction is each piece of cake?
