National School Sports Week – Wednesday Challenge

Hi children, and welcome again to National School Sport Week. Today’s challenge is a simple one but gives you a chance to be creative as well as active. You need to do your own throw, jump and run challenge. You can do these any way you like, you set the goal. To earn 1 point, tell me about the throw, jump and run you did. Again, to gain a second point, send in either a photo or video of you completing your activities.

Here are some suggestions for what you could do, or you could make your own up! Remember, always let an adult know what you are planning to do, and make sure you are being sensible and safe;

For your jump, you could; Jump over an adult, jump the length of your pet, jump over a plant or box, jump onto a wall.

For your throw, you could; Throw behind your back over your shoulder, throw and clap 5 times, throw and do a dance whilst the ball is in the air and catch.

For the run, you could; Run up and down a room, up the stairs, around the garden, to school, along your street.

Good luck and get active!

    I had done the jumping challenge. I jumped back and fourth.
    For the caching challenge I did seven claps. And for the running challenge I did 10 rounds in my living room for 30 sec.
    So I scores 33 🙂
