Persuasive Devices

Today the children in 6 Red were learning about Persuasive devices and how they can be useful when trying to make someone change their opinion. A group of children worked with me acting out different scenarios and choosing the correct persuasive word to persuade an audience.

They had fun and they learned

What are the persuasive devices you would use to change a person’s Β opinion or make them feel guilty about a situation?

In order to make a person guilty or change their opinion in a situation, you need persuasive devices such as:
    1.Dare to disagree: Clearly, surely
    2.Rhetorical questions
3.Powerful adjectives and Vocabulary,Facts and Statistics: Homework is fundamental it will help pass your SAT’s.
