Phonics: Practice ‘igh’.

Good morning Year 4. This blog is for my phonics group: Romeesa, Haroon, Aro and Rubab.

We have been practicing the graphemes ‘ay’, ‘ee’ and ‘igh’. To further practice the ‘igh’ grapheme, watch the video below and have a go at the activities. This can be done in your homework book or on a piece of paper. Please complete by Thursday.

Well done for having a go at this task Rubab. It is slightly unclear which ones you have answered, so in future, use your homework book for this. Also, check the last sentence. Does it include a word with the ‘igh’, ‘y’, or ‘ie’ grapheme?
