    Eye contact is when you look directly at someone in the eye. When you maintain eye contact with someone while speaking to them, the other person knows that you are confident in speaking. However, making little eye contact can give an impression that you maybe nervous or shy or even rather distracted.

    Communicating via body language:
    Body language is a type of non-verbal way of communicating. Instead of using your mouth to talk, you use parts of your body. For example, if you give someone a thumbs up, this might show a person that they have done something good or that you are ready for something. This form of body language is called hand gesture.

    Negative numbers:
    Negative numbers are numbers that go below zero. For instance: -6, -2, -28 and -79. These are all below zero and you also count them differently -> -1, -2, -3, -4, -5.

    Positive numbers:
    Positive numbers are numbers above zero -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

    Recall:
    The meaning of recall is to remember something you have been told; I recalled the part where I saw her hide the bracelet.

    Dialogue:
    Something that is said by a character. For example: “I went to the shop.” said Alice. The part which is inside the speech marks is the dialogue as Alice says it.

    Locating:
    The meaning of locating is finding. For instance, if you are locating a word in a text, you are trying to find out where it is.

    Locating is when you locate a phrase or word from the reading text this is useful because we have to find something in the text in our exams.
