Sayaka Ganz styled sculpting!

This week we have been learning all about sculptor Sayaka Ganz; we have been exploring the methods that the artist uses and discussing how the environment impacts her work. We were greatly influenced by Ganzโ€™s Shinto beliefs and decided we would recycle materials that would be thrown away. Throughought the week we studied the form of her sculptures, identifying both organic and geometric forms.

Not only this, we have been exploring the sustainability of Japan and its industries. Could you tell me which industry in Japan produces the most Co2? Throughout the week we have studied Japanโ€™s industrial history as we have worked hard to understand the distribution of natural resources in The country.
