Just a little reminder for the parents and children that the school library books are issued for up to two weeks. Please make sure that they come back to school on time and that children are reading them every day as well as reading their class reading books. Please also make sure that children are doing the following:
Keeping their books in a good condition
Talk about the main characters/ their favourite characters
Talk about the settings
Encourage them to use describing words
Ask your children some key questions about their book, which will give them an opportunity to understand the text better
