Here are a few pictures that showcase the fun learning that has taken place in RP last term.
Hello Superheroes I hope you all are enjoying the half term break!
I hope you are reading your books, practising your sentence writing and letter formation!
In RP we like to independently read a book from our book box! We also take initiative of our resources.
For Basic Skills we went outside to write phonemes in the frost…it was Brrrrilliant!
We learnt about the weather and the days of the week.
In Maths we have been learning how to write and solve sums using an + sign. We have also been learning to talk about weight and capacity by using the correct vocabulary. The children have learnt to recognise numerals 1-20+.
This term we had the lovely opportunity to taste a variety of fruits (Thank you Mrs Penavega)
As a group we discussed which fruits we liked and which we didn’t like. Well done Neeraj and Dheeraj for trying :)
The children have made rapid progress in PE. Thank you to Coventry University students for helping us with our coordination and gross motor skills.
We are so creative in RP. Have a look…
We love our classroom. The children helped to create some stunning displays!
In RP we have created an Independent work box, every child knows that every piece of work needs to have a name written on.
I hope you have a safe break. Come back into school with your smiley faces on Monday 23rd.
Mr Mahmood :)
