  1. Capital of England is London. Famous landmarks are The British Museum,
    Tower of London, Big Ben, Buckingham Place and River Thames.
    Capital of Scotland is Edinburgh. Famous landmarks are Edinburgh Castle, Loch Ness, Loch Lomond, Palace of Holyroodhouse, Stirling Castle and Arthur’s St.
    Capital of Wales is Cardiff. Famous landmarks are Snowdoina National Park, Snowdon, Conwy Castle, Cardiff Castle.
    Capital of Dublin. Famous landmarks are Cliffs of Moher, Ring of Kerry, Dublin Castle.

    Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the striking clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London

    Edinburgh Castle is a historic fortress which dominates the skyline of Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, from its position on the Castle Rock.

    Snowdonia is a region in northwest Wales concentrated around the mountains and glacial landforms of massive Snowdonia National Park.

    Titanic Belfast is a visitor attraction opened in 2012, a monument to Belfast’s maritime heritage on the site of the former Harland & Wolff shipyard in the city’s Titanic Quarter where the RMS Titanic was built.
    I would love to visit Scotland where my nan is originally from and to meet my nan’s family. I have heard a lot of beautiful and interesting stories about where she grew up and places that she has visited. I’m really excited to go there, I can’t wait for this corona virus ends 😇

  4. Black pool tower Opened in 1894, it was inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It is 158 metres tall. The Tower Ballroom is a major entertainment venue. Blackpool is one of the most popular seaside resorts in England.
    I would like to go black pool tower
    because it looks interesting and I have never been there.

  5. I would go to the London Eye because I love that ride and I like London too and near the London Eye there are lots of more entertaining rides.
    I would go to the London Eye with my family and cousins.

    The British Museum, in the Bloomsbury area of London, UK, is a public institution dedicated to human history, art and culture. The British Museum was established in 1753, largely based on the collections of the Irish physician and scientist Sir Hans Sloane.
    I want to visit it because I want to see the famous art and culture.

    I would like to visit Wales because it is a nice place to go to, there is peace and quiet and there are some beautiful places in Wales.
    Research on Wales:
    Wales is a country in southwest Great Britain known for its rugged coastline, mountainous national parks, distinctive Welsh language and Celtic culture. Cardiff, the capital, is a refined coastal city with a nightlife scene and a medieval castle with ornate Gothic Revival interiors. In the northwest, Snowdonia National Park has lakes, glacial landforms, hiking trails and a railway up to the peak of Snowdon.
    There was an population of 3.136 million in 2019.

    I would like to visit the Snowdonia National park because it has lots of mountains. It has 15 mountains set over 3000ft. There are 1,497 miles of public footpaths

      My brother climbed Snowdonia last year, he said it was incredibly high but it was beautiful to look over the surrounding area from the top!

      I think Buckingham palace is quite a popular landmark.
      Did you know when the sovereign (Queen’s) flag is flying above the palace it means she is in residence (at home).

  15. I would like to visit the london eye it is in london where river thames is on the south bank. It is the highest viewing point. When you go onto the wheel you can see the whole of london.

  18. I would like to visit Big Ben which is in London. London is capital of England. It is 157 years old. The tower is named after Queen Elizabeth. The tower is 72m taller then the Buckingham palace.
    I want to visit this tower because i want to feel what its made out of and does it look as nice as it looks in the pictures. there is also London eye near Big Ben and i want to visit that as well.
