I don’t get the last part of the arithmetic question for Alex’s number

There are 3 numbers that are all within multiples of to and 100 of each other…

and there is one that is not.
53
53 is the odd number out.
Alex is said to have a number that is NOT 10 times smaller than Zack, Dora or Jo’s. So it has to be the either the 53 or the 3500. We then use the other clues to calculate that it can’t be the 3500 because all of the other children’s numbers can either be multiplied or divided by 10 or 100 to make each other. I’ll give you a call this week and we can have a chat about it.
