G&T have made a video sharing some brief ideas about the damage litter can cause and how we can prevent it.

  1. In the years to come , the animals population could decrease because of the lack of oxygen or toxic waste, pollution could easily harm animals also us humans could also die, so in the years to come there could be a few humans and no other species in the world, animals habitats could break down because of us.

  2. Don’t trooe litter on the floor because we killed animals and they have a life to.If a porkipie goes in a rapper he stops breathe so please stop littering.

  3. I think littering bad, because people are doing bad for animals and they thinks it’s good.
Maybe animals has family an people kill ther family by throwing litters on the floor and forest and beachsides !

  4. If we throw litter on the streets, the litter will get blown by the wind and this might result it going in the sea, which means it can hurt sea animals. Also hedgehogs which are on the streets can get cut.

  5. If people carelessly keep throwing litter on the floor animals could sufficate such as headchogs because they get stuck in wrappers and then they sufficate in the wrappers.

  6. if we and people continue throwing litter on the street animals will get endangered and might kill animals or cut them. I guess coming in the next years litter will be all around are local environment Littering the environment has a negative impact on our planet and damages areas where we live, work, and play. There are various sources of litres such as manufacturing and commercial sources.

Litre can affect the environment for example they harm our water system like oceans, rivers and streams. Litter also poses a threat to public health and can being infections and bacteria to our environment.

We can minimise the impact of litre by flowing little steps. We should recycle bottles, paper, cans and plastics. I think it is a good idea if we can make a litter pick-up groups in schools and work places.

  7. If we throw litter on the roads or on the streets animals will be soacated and won’t be able to breathe. People throw litter such as sweet wrappers . There are some animals wich get stuck in bags such as headchogs.I think people should not throw litter on street or road , they shoud throw it in the bin so animals don’t get soacated .

  8. Street litter has a negative impact on our environment, creatures and natural resources . Throwing litter makes street look dirty and nasty because the litter includes toxic substances that pollute the air. Litter ,which include poisonous material , cigarettes , plastic bags , cans ,bottles and rotten food, may kill or suffocate animals. Litter produce poisons and chemical materials that may damage the natural resources such as lakes, trees, animals, and can put animals at the risk being endangered. If people keep throwing litter on the street this will cause a serious problem of pollution.

  9. Well done year 4!
What methods can we use in our daily routine to prevent litter being thrown on the roads and endangering animals lives?

  10. We should not throw litter on the floor because the Animals go in there and are getting Suficated. We could help by throwing litter in the recycling bins which animals do not get suficated by.If they do this they will not be able to breath are they will die quicker.Ifa fish went into a can it could cut it’s body when it gets out.

  11. If we throw litter on the streets or roads, animals can be suffocated and would not be able to breath. If we throw a can of cola, an animal might go inside and cut their body. It’s a very dangerous impact. Across the world, some animals have been extinct because their habitats have been destroyed.

  12. If we humans continue to dispose litter in a careless way , animals across the world may begin to extinct ; when we throw litter on the floor , it is likely that it will end up in a gutter which will send the litter to the ocean causing sickness to various sea animals (some animals may suffocate or choke on litter to) . Also it can increase the number of rats in cities – they carry lots of harmful germs.

  13. Wow Miss Ahmed. I love your blog posts! I have learnt a lot of important information regarding the importance of recycling and I will share this with Reception. Thank you for sharing your knowledge Year 4

  14. Littering has a dangerous impact on animal and habitats because the animal can died from the toxic waste.
Littering doesn’t help are environment it just destroys it.
Care less peplpe litter. it takes 2 mins to bin your rubbish. To keep our commity safe and clean and out of danger.

  15. By throwing litter on the floor, animals such as headchogs get there faces stuck in rappers and then they won’t be able to breath
