Last week, we had a little bit of a problem at BH!
In the staff room there were no teabags as someone had bought loose tea by mistake, rather than teabags.
When you make tea with loose leaves the tea leaves stay at the bottom. The teachers were worried they would drink them accidentally and they don’t taste nice!
Miss Dewar had invented a clever way to make the teabag but did not have time to test different materials to find out which materials are good choices to use. So…. it was Year 2 tooooo the rescue!
Can you tell me how we carried out the investigation?
Which materials did we test?
What happened?
Which material was best for a tea bag and why?
Which materials weren’t suitable for a tea bag and why?
