Children return to school Mon 8th April

Hi everyone, and welcome to your PE lesson today. We are going to be focusing on our coordination, and mastering throwing and catching. You will need a few bits of equipment which you will all have at home or at school. You will need something to throw, either a ball or a pair of rolled up socks. You will also need something to catch with, either a hat or a cone. Here are you tasks;

Level 1 – Throw the object in one hand and catch in the hat/cone with the other. Repeat 10 times then swap hands.

Level 2 – Flip the object out of your cone/hat in one hand and catch it in the other. Repeat 10 times then swap hands.

Level 3 – Throw the object under one leg and catch in the hat/cone with the other. Repeat 10 times then swap hands.

Level 4 – Put your hat/cone on your head, then throw the object in one hand and catch it in the hat/cone with the same hand. Repeat 10 times then swap hands.

Level 5 – Throw the object over your shoulder and catch int in the hat/cone in your other hand.

On the blog, tell me what level you reached. Good luck and get active!edit
