Hello year 3 here are your new spellings for Spring 1. We have put them up early so you can practise your spelling over the Christmas holidays. Remember if your unsure of a word you must remember to use a dictionary and look up the word meaning. Spelling practise will be on the first Friday back after the holiday.

Must 1 – Monkey

Must 2 – Koala

Could – Crocodile

Should – Shark

    Ok but why does it has animals name?

      The animal names just replace the old Groups Must, Could and Should Group names. You are still in the same spelling group as last term .
      Must Group 1 is replaced with the name Monkey Group.
      Must 2 Group is replaced with the name Kola 2 Group.
      Could Group Is replaced with the name Crocodile Group.
      Should Group Is replaced with the name Shark Group.
