Today Year 3 have thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the coronation of King Charles III. We were inspired by the King to be creative, respectful and resourceful. Year 3 learnt about the King’s life, created bunting out of recycled clothes, painted a collaborative portrait, created the King’s favourite flowers out of paper and decorated cakes. In the afternoon we had so many fun, dancing, playing and laughing! Please watch the iMovie below.

In the Coronation day my favourite activity was making cupcake and going in the bouncy castle.
It was so fun to celebrate the coronation day with my friends.my favourite was when we went to the muga and it was probily the bet day of my life and I realy hope that we do it again for his jubalee!

The bouncy castle was my favourite activity because we had to dive in and do the obstacle course, which was lots of fun. I got to go on four times.
I liked decorating the cupcakes too but sadly could not eat any! Would be good if there was an alternative treat for all kids with egg/wheat/nut allergies.

It was lovely to see all the children smiling and enjoying all the activities that was set for them. It was really nice seeing Mrs. Frankish, Miss Redhead, Miss Holland and other teachers dancing with children in muga. Very well organised Coronation Day! Well done everyone!
It was the best day of my life and my favourite part was when we went on the assault course and the cup cakes were amazing beacause blue for 3blue red for 3red and white for 3white

I had so much fun today I am grateful to have such a wonderful coronation day . My favourite activity was going on the assault course because it was amazing and we had to do it fast to win and I also liked eating and making the cake it was soo yummy and delicious and I liked dancing with my friends it was tiring and fun and we made a bid cho cho train .
