Year 4 to 5 Transition Meeting for Parents

Good morning,

To prepare yourself and your child for the transition to year 5, I will be holding a meeting to discuss the new year group expectations, as well as answering any questions you may have about the upcoming year.

This will be held on Monday 4th July at 9am. Please sign in at Hanford Close.
