    • Well done for doing your work over the weekend!

I like how you are explaining with reason for some of your answers – good girl!

Just check the grammar for some of these sentences.

    • Hi Francesca, well done for giving this a go.
Few things to remember and practice over the summer:
      – Make sure you include punctuation. Some of this is difficult to read without the use of capital letters and full stops.
      – “Mia jiggled her leg feeling nervously” – this sentence does not make sense. It would be better to say:
      “Mia nervously jiggled her leg”.
“Mia jiggled her leg, feeling nervous”.
Your third sentence does not have any commas in it. Please include commas in your sentences.
Your fifth sentence is missing commas and a full stop.
Please practice this over the holidays, as it is a very important skill you will need for Year 6.

  2. 1. “Absolutely not,” she frowned. “We get these two youngsters inside the house with one officer.
    2. They did not like the sound of a unidentified male because the male might attack them.
    3.a disastrous collapse or breakdown.
4.its because they couldn’t track it
5.this tells me they are scared.

    • Good try Luqman.
Your 2nd sentence needs a comma.
Your 3rd, 4th and 5th sentences need a capital letter at the start.
Also, your 5th sentence does not make much sense. What tells you that they are scared? Make sure to write in full sentences please.

  3. I have completed the purple mash task .
