Children return to school Mon 8th April

This week, we have been looking at the history of circuses and how they have changed over the years. Today, the children had an opportunity to visit the circus at school and had a workshop to learn tricks. Take a look at what we have been up to:-

    The skills I learned were:
    Hula hooping properly you can do it side to side or up and down.
    The international circus of Monto Carlo is in Monaco and comes every year in January.
    My favourite trick was the helicopter because gravity made it go up and I never knew that before and it was so cool!

    the skills that i have learnt about is the Balancing skills, Juggling and Hula Hoop.
    Where is the International Circus Of Monte Carlo Based?
    The International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo (French: Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo) is an annual circus festival that is held in Monaco every January. The festival was created in 1974 by Prince Rainier III of Monaco to recognize and promote circus performers at the pinnacle of their profession.
    Which trick was your favourite and why?
    My favourite trick was everything, because they were so cool and amazing, and my eyes couldn’t believe what they saw. It was also cool seeing the circus people doing tricks that some kids don’t know.

    The new skills I learnt this week was balancing and catching the discs and sticks .
    The festival takes place in Monaco every year on the coast of France . This tradition was made by Prince Rainer III.
    My favourite trick was the one where the hoop looked like it was floating because it seems very hard to do .

    I learnt how to use a hula hoop and balance it. The Monte Carlo is based on a circus held in Monaco which started 40 plus years ago. The festival was created by the prince Rainier II promote circus performance. My favourite performance was the one where they were spinning the plate and threw it.
