I learnt how to make 3D paper plant pots and it stays for a bit because it has company but after a while it starts dripping

What cool things did you make this week?
In year 5 we made a cam mechanism which is a toy that rotates in a linear or a rotary way.
What is something new you learnt, and can you tell me about it?
I have learnt about a cam which is a disc which is attached to a long stick and there are different types of them like snail, egg, ellipse, round, hexagon and circular.
What values did you apply while learning this week?
We used teamwork and tenacity.

We made a pinch pot out of clay.
I learnt how I can sculpt things out of clay.
We used tenacity because we did not give up.

The cool things we made were moving pictures
We learnt about stop motion it means you should do two pictures then stop the values that we had used were knowledge

i “made” a basketball jersey which take a long time

we learned about the double hem stitch which you can see at the bottom of a white polo shirt

We have made our own pinch pots out of clay.

What is something new you learnt, and can you tell me about it?
I have learn that paper is not suitable because it leak it can’t stand and it fells down. Clay is suitable because it is hard when it is dry. It does not fell down and dose not leak.

What values did you apply while learning this week?
