Our class book was Journey to Jo’burg. The most important thing I learnt was you shouldn’t treat black people differently because they are a different colour skin tone to white people you should treat them like a perfect friend.

The book I have been learning about is the BFG.
The BFG is teaching us to be kind to each other even if they have done something, you should tell a adult.
We used respect in our story.

The book that our class read was Talking Turkeys .
The British value that was represented in our poem Talking Turkeys was mutual respect because the person we were looking at wanted people to be nice to turkeys and not kill them for Christmas dinner .

During this week we read a book that is called “Journey to Jo’burg”.The important thing that I learnt is that it doesn’t matter what kind of skin colour you are you are all equal.

The book we read was ‘ Roll of thunder, hear my cry ‘

The important thing that I learnt is that everyone has rights and equality, but in 1933 they never had these rights. They had segregation and racism around.
